Selected Work

Companies, products, and systems connected to Sam's current product-building focus.

This page separates founder, builder, model foundry, healthcare platform, transformation platform, evidence product, workflow control, and editorial layers so the public brand remains clear, credible, and useful to real buyers, partners, and researchers.

LockedIn Labs - company / builderEnterprise AI implementation and product-engineering builder layer across the broader owned portfolio.

ScaledNative - transformation operating systemEnterprise AI-native transformation platform for modernization planning, operating-model change, and implementation orchestration.
ControlFrame - evidence productAgentic compliance evidence and audit-readiness workflows for regulated software delivery.
DataCat / AI Data Catalyst - data modernizationLegacy-system independence, DB2/Oracle modernization, and AI-ready data movement across hard enterprise estates.
Agent Harness - workflow control surfaceProject scan, branch visibility, task tracking, and implementation context for AI-assisted software delivery.
Year3270 - editorial publicationIndependent enterprise AI, modernization, and agentic-systems analysis that adds a credible commentary layer to the owned graph.

The current public graph starts with LockedIn Labs as the enterprise AI implementation and product-engineering builder layer. It then separates the supporting product stack into a clear operating model: LeanLogix for model foundry work, HealthNext for healthcare operations, ScaledNative for enterprise transformation, ControlFrame for evidence and audit readiness, and Agent Harness for delivery workflow control.

For implementation context specifically, the strongest current proof still routes through LockedIn Labs briefings and the supporting sweilem.ai authority set on enterprise-managed authorization, failure-recovery drills, incident response, and data residency maps. Those articles explain the operating constraints behind the public portfolio rather than pretending the value is only at the homepage layer.

Year3270 remains the natural editorial companion in the graph, while DataCat and the other product surfaces stay linked only where the live naming, positioning, and public proof are strong enough to help a real reader. The goal is entity clarity, not link volume.

Additional portfolio links will be added only after the canonical naming, live positioning, and public claims are verified. That rule now includes editorial surfaces as well as company and product pages. The goal is to make Sam's personal brand support the work without collapsing every product into a personal microsite or linking to weak public shells before they are ready.
